XQ originally joined Harbour Plaza Golf Club in 1998 and became a coach in 2004.In 2013, served as the Head of Harbour Plaza Golf Academy.In 2018, became an invited coach of the Harbour Plaza Golf Club.

Have unique approach to youth teaching, providing learning opportunities and a real-world stage for our little golfers. Do my best in teaching, and help golfers of different ages and levels to stimulate their potential and improve their skills through professional technical guidance.
