May and June Promotions

Celebrate Mother's Day and Father's Day

Both Mother's Day and Father's Day originated in the United States. In 1913, it was officially declared that the second Sunday of May would be the day to honour all Mothers, and to complement, it was deemed that the third Sunday of June would from then on pay tribute to Fathers. To celebrate Mother's Day on 11th May, and Father's Day on 15th June this year, we invite you to dine with us at either The Gallery or Lakeside Café, where all Mothers and Fathers, respectively, will enjoy a surprise on their designated days!

Time for Tea !

Tea is of course our best-loved beverage, but tea can also be used to add a new and unique dimension to the flavour, texture and aroma of food. In May and June, our chefs will prepare a number of tea-infused dishes. Come and sample Marinated Beef Brisket with Wu Long Tea, Steamed Bean Curd Skin Roll, Marinated Chicken, Marinated Pig's Knuckle and Fried Prawns with Pu-er Tea and Cold Asparagus. Don't forget that asparagus is also in season. For those of you who enjoy the very freshest ingredients, our Chef highly recommends Poached Asparagus, served cold.
