| A variety of exotic fruits such as Papaya,
Coconut and Pineapple, as well as the freshest seafood are the
basic ingredients for Hawaiian dishes. Come and indulge in aloha
cuisine at the Gallery during the month of May, where our chefs
have selected a special menu of Hawaiian delights, including
Roasted Skewered Seafood and Fruit, Seafood Fried Rice with
Pineapple, Grilled Ham served with Pineapple and Plums, and
Pan-fried Chicken Fillet sprinkled with Chopped Almonds. |

| Traditional Cantonese dishes are familiar
to everyone. In May at the Lakeside Cafe our Chefs will prepare
some of the best-loved Cantonese favourites, including Baked
Eggs with Fish Intestines served in a Clay Pot, Braised Duck
with Chinese Rice Wine Sauce, Stir Fried Mixed Mushrooms, Eggs
and Vermicelli, as well as Deep-fried Spare Ribs wrapped in
Rice Paper. |
